Questions About Flourish (warrior elite) skill - Guild Wars Forums

Does flourish (warrior elite skill) recharge every skill, including those adrenaline-based skills? And does flourish give you energy for all attack skills including those already charged? or does it only give you energy for skills that need to be charged? Anyone?

It only recharges skills with a timer (ie not adrenal) and only gives you energy for those which are currently recharging.

Would Arcane Mimicry and another ally with Flourish allow you to use Flourish back to back to back, recharging itself?

No, it only recharges attack skills, not every skill. Not only that, what would the point be? Lowering the timing of your combo to use it again? You would be better served by using arcane mimicry and just leaving the second for when you need it again.
